Check in was not well coordinated despite the fact that the people were "marginally" pleasant(Antonio)....but emphasis on the marginally....Could be because the strike caused the staff to be probably overwhelmed and overworked.... Had a good dinner at the hotel restaurant and the gentleman that was behaving as waiter, bartender, seating host and maitre...was very good!! The most disappointing part of our stay was the condition of the room....It was not good at alland certainly not what was depicted on line... The carpet was filthy!!! the room was dated and needed a significant make over... Expected more for the money we paid.... The best thing about this place was the location and ...when fully staffed I think the restaurant is very good....DJP"
