I had high hopes for this apartment, but my stay was marred by several unacceptable issues, particularly regarding cleanliness and unexpected charges. Upon arrival, the apartment was in a deplorable state. The dishwasher was so dirty that I had to clean it thoroughly before I could even consider using it. Similarly, all the kitchen equipment required a deep clean before I felt comfortable preparing food. For a place that’s supposed to be ready for guests, this level of neglect was shocking and unacceptable.
To make matters worse, I was charged upfront for a “cleaning set” to be used after my departure. Despite this, I was slapped with an additional charges fee at checkout, with the management claiming the apartment was not clean. This is absolutely outrageous! After a week of normal use, of course the apartment wouldn’t be spotless—especially considering the state it was in when I arrived. I made every effort to leave it in good condition: I took out the garbage, stripped the bedsheets, and piled all used towels in one place. To be penalized with extra charges for what seems like standard wear and tear is not only unfair but feels like a blatant money grab.
The overall experience was frustrating, and the lack of transparency with the cleaning fees left a sour taste. I would not recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a clean, hassle-free stay. Save your money and look elsewhere.
