Room floor and bathroom floor wasn’t clean. The bow tie toilet paper was super cute. (Rm 217) The staff Miss Angie was fantastic as always. She always makes my stay at the hotel enjoyable. She provides excellent hospitality as well as information about the surrounding area. She is always helpful with getting me anywhere I need or want to go.

There was a hole in the sub floor w sinking vinyl plank near my bed. The remote did not work for the tv, and it smelled dank in there. The sink faucet cartridge was backwards so hot and cold were on the opposite sides of the handle. No alarm clock or pen, but I guess I slept okay. I had higher expectations for the room as it had been recently remodeled. You get what you pay for!!

Well it just seems that people are staying in their cars on the property. I don't think it's right but nobody seems to do anything about it. I have to pay to stay here so why doesn't anybody else. I call the front desk I let them know and they see they'll send security but I have yet to see security here and I walk around because I have to go get ice for my cooler that I have a few items that need to be refrigerated. It's like they get bothered by you calling the front desk and letting them know. I've told him about things that needed to be fixed and it just gets ignored like the handle on the door that we use to go into the area to get ice I've told him about the handle on one side of the door that needs to be tightened and that was 5 days ago. I don't know why nothing gets taken care of. I mean if I was a manager I would do things so differently than what's done here. Also in a few of the rooms there's a light fixture in the ceiling of the shower and this room that I'm in and the last room I was in the light bulbs are out so it makes it pretty dark. So that's all I've been bothered by.

The parking was good, and the outdoor security lighting really bright, which was appreciated. The room was clean. But, and I cannot stress this enough, the bed was by far the worse I’ve ever slept on. I wasn’t expecting much, but this was horrible. No more budget motels for me.

The only problem I had was the ajoining room, is separated by two doors, the party's next to me were smoking in their room when it's a non-smoking room. I let the front desk know I don't know if she talked to them, then I went and talked to somebody else a few hours later and told the manager on duty about it she said she would go to their door I don't know if she did or not cuz I could still smell cigarettes. Not something I like. Other than that everything else was fine.

Decent price. Most of the staff was friendly and despite the big air gaps around the door the heater worked well enough to keep the room warm. They don't have any rooms with 2 beds so it's not a place to stay if youre traveling with more than 2 people. Until the last day i had to re-insert the key cards i was given an average of at leat 4 times everytime i tried to unlock the door. When i booked the room it said there was a laundry facilty on the property but when I asked where it was at they told me they didn't have any laundry faciltily and i would have to go to the laundry mat across the street. I stayed there for 7 days to spend Christmas with family and was never given clean towels, clean sheets or had my trash can emptied, even after telling the fronf desk.

Everything, for the money, was great. The staff is helpful and friendly. For me it is my go to place. If i have an issue, for instance the tv stopped working , they fix it immediately. Thank you STAFF.

Well....I like staying here except they took the table out of our room, the shower head sprays water everywhere and the bathroom sink leaked. The TVs are normally really good but ours is about to die. The screen has the round lights on it and its very dim. This room needs attention and I think with the amount of money I've paid out to stay here, I would get a better room. I feel like we got the bottom of the barrel. Other then that, the bed is comfortable and the staff is awesome so nothing against them.🐾💕🐾
