My stay at this hotel was good, the only issue was when we first entered the hotel, there was a musty odor and even in the room after we checked in. It looked clean, but everywhere had a musty odor from downstairs to the bedroom. The water took some time to get warm, but it worked out for us. Overall, my stay was nice and comfortable, the staff were nice & kind and the room setup was convenient for us too. I liked that there is a gas station within the hotel area, so that’s an easy place to grab snacks and beverages. The grab-and-go breakfast they offered at the hotel was okay, I just wish there were more options apart from muffins, oatmeal, and meal bars.

Room was basic. Paper thin walls, I was up all night listening to the neighborhood talk from 2-4:30am. Beside the highway which is also very loud. I didn’t have a shower curtain which made for a bit of a wet floor. Staff was amazing, very friendly and helpful

This place is gross. Dirt and hair on the floors (yes even in the rooms). Dirty fingerprints on walls. Stains everywhere. Fridge and microwave had super old crusty food all over them. Tweakers living there and wandering around all day and night. Vomit on the ground in parking lot. No dishes or utensils or coffee pot in room. The breakfast is just cheap coffee and instant oatmeal packets. Gross.

Unhelpful Hotel

I can’t say anything good. I drove up there and they refused to honor the reservation for two twin, then they told me to go to another Extended Stay and they would help. The second location was also booked. I returned to the initial location and they told me that the room they were going to put me in didn’t have working water. They called a third location that was nearby, but that was booked. I had to contact Hotels.com for a refund, which I got, but they couldn’t help with finding a hotel either, if I had to drive further, fly in, or took a train, I’d have been stuck.

The room was big and clean. However, the hallways had bags of trash at the end and at the entrance someone had peed on the floor on arrival to the hotel. In addition, there were many pets so you might have a flare up if you’re allergic.
