Huge man cave with refrigerator, sink, full bath, pool table, and big screen tv. Floor to ceiling brick fireplace in family room, sliders open to screened in porch with fireplace and tv. Kitchen with Thermador Professional 6 gas burner with double ovens and grill top. Breakfast area with built in bench for extra seating. Dry bar just off of kitchen with beverage refrigerator and ice maker. Formal dining room with coffered ceiling and table for 8. Exercise room with gym quality equipment and office also on main floor. Golf cart available for use.
