An amazing house! Had an excellent NYE in Estes. Loved that there were some many robes and towels provided for the hottub. We used the grill for steaks. Everything was great, would stay again!

We absolutely loved this house! It was beautiful and in the perfect location. We always rent a house on Fall River and this was the best place we have ever rented. So peaceful, but also within walking distance to town. We loved sitting out on the lovely decks overlooking the river. Kitchen had everything we needed too! Highly recommend!

I can't say enough good things about this home. First, it is the cleanest Vrbo I have ever rented. The location and views are amazing! We had Elk lounging in the backyard and many wild Turkeys.
