This property is absolutely beautiful. Make sure you stay in the two bedroom via, it overlooks the river - it also has a bubble bath/Jacuzzi. Absolutely, breathtaking, massive very spacious and open. Let me tell you, the staff there is also incredible. The woman that checks you in and takes care of the front reception area is such a delight, we were amazed at how sweet and helpful she was with recommendations for local places. The place that we rented was spotless absolutely clean and beautiful. This place represents the very best of Estes Park. I wish that I had better words to describe how beautiful it is and how wonderful the staff is.
This property is adjacent to the Rocky Mountain national Park. Like I said in my review, this place is just beautiful.

We have drove by this establishment several times during our stays in Estes Park. Great location as you’re only about 2 miles or so from the RMNP entrance. Quiet and pleasant comes to mind, would recommend you consider staying at Boulder Brook.

Beautiful Place!!!

The place was much prettier in person than in the hotels.com pictures. Plus I had a beautiful river flowing in the back of the room which was gorgeous and that I did not know about from the hotels.com pictures.
