Conveniently close to the main swimming pool and restaurant, it also features a communal car park and electric parking stations within the estate. From the southern entrance to the urbanisation its is possible to walk into Estepona town in 15/20 minutes. By car it is a 5 minute drive. Clients also have access to 'Los Reales Sports Club' which has a fully equipped gym, pádel clubs and restaurant. Access is available for a subsidised rate of 5 euros per person, per day. Padel courts are free between 7-10am and 13-16pm. Outside of these hours they are able to rent with a 50% discount. Both Malaga and Gibraltar airports are under an hour away by car. Estepona, Puerto Banus and Marbella are a 5/20/30 minute drive away respectively. Out of office hours Check-in is charged the following: 9pm - Midnight 20 euros Midnight - 2am 40 euros After 2am 60 euros This amount is payable in cash at the property.
