Es un sencillo riad como esperaba pero sin nungún servicio, cortan el agua caliente durante la noche, la recepción es muy amable pero no entiende ingles, ni castellano. La limpieza es insuficiente. Por otro lado hay un chico alemán muy amable que nos ayudó en un problema con el traslado de una forma rápidisima.

Smell of mould

We left the place as soon as we checked in since there was no heating (contrarily to what the ad said) and humidity and the smell of mould were really strong. They did refund our money, but we lost one hour, we had to find another place on the spot and we had to quarrel, which is not exactly what you desire when you are on holiday. The receptionist was adorable and tried to help us as much as she could, but the place is absolutely not up to the reviews read. Maybe it’s a good place in summer, but I would 100% avoid it in winter.
