APARTMENT 5 with spectacular Sea Views: Apartment with Sea Views in Santo Tomás This cozy apartment has been completely renovated and is ready to accommodate up to 5 guests. Just a one-minute walk from Santo Tomás beach, it offers unbeatable sea views from its spacious balcony — perfect for relaxing at any time of day.
It has three bedrooms: two doubles with 90 cm single beds and one single room. All are equipped with ceiling fans, as is the living room. For easy use, each fan remote is marked with a color: blue for the living room, yellow for bedroom 1, green for bedroom 2, and red for the single room.
The bright and comfortable living-dining area includes a fully equipped open kitchen, allowing you to enjoy sea views even while cooking.
The shared pool is equipped with sun loungers and is usually very quiet — ideal after a day at the beach.
The location is exceptional: just below the apartment there’s a great restaurant if you don’t feel like cooking, along with a nearby café and supermarket. A large public parking lot is just steps away, with electric car charging stations.
The apartment was designed with an eco-friendly approach, taking advantage of its elevated position to enjoy constant natural ventilation. We recommend opening windows on both the north and south sides to create cross-ventilation, ensuring a comfortable temperature with the help of the ceiling fans.
Additional services such as a private chef, babysitting, photo tours around the island, or personalized beauty sessions are available on request.

Reservations up to 9 nights:do not include cleaning service or change of bed linen and towels.
Reservations from 10 to 13 nights:include a mid-stay change of bed linen and towels (without cleaning service).
Reservations of 14 nights or more:include a full cleaning and change of bed linen and towels at mid-stay.
Reservation confirmation:A 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking. For reservations made through other platforms, we will contact you to arrange this payment.
Final payment:The remaining balance must be paid at least 60 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations:If the reservation is canceled within the refundable period, payments made by bank transfer will be fully refunded. For payments made by credit card, bank fees will be deducted from the refund.

Au pied de la plage et de la piscine
Appartement très bien situé au pied d’une plage magnifique ( eau turquoise…). La piscine est très grande et profonde. Le petit supermarché au pied de la résidence permet le ravitaillement quotidien. Par ailleurs San Tomas est un bon point de départ pour découvrir l’île
