This home comfortably sleeps 10 guests between 4 private bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, smart TV, walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and walk-in shower.

Bedrooms #2 thru #4 all include queen size beds.

The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Designated driveway parking available for up to 2 vehicles. Street parking is strictly prohibited. An additional spot is available away from the building but in the same parking lot.
• Pet friendly! 2 pets maximum. A daily pet fee of $35 will be included in your final booking cost. To pay your pet fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking. To avoid fines, please keep your pet on a leash and pick up after your pet.

Our Hot tub fees are included in our pricing - no additional hot tub fees for our properties. You will have a fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, some properties offer both Keurig/Drip combo, dishes, glassware, utensils, cutlery, pots, and pans.

Our Basic Provisions:
Include all linens for each bed, 2-bath towels, 1-hand towel, 1-wash cloth PER person, dresser or closet for clothing storage, central heat & air, washer/dryer, vacuum and/or broom and dust pan, mop, streaming smart TV, internet, and propane grill or both charcoal and gas. (Some properties have more) Please pick up after your pet at pet friendly properties.

In addition we provide a complimentary start-up supplies of: Toilet Tissue (2 rolls per bathroom), Paper Towels (1 roll), Garbage Bags (2-3 bags), Dishwasher Detergent (1-2 loads), Laundry Detergent (1 load), and some Dishwashing Soap.

Returning Guests are considered VIPs….(when available) we offer free Early check in or Late check out - ask local management team. All trash must be properly bagged or charged a fine. Please abide by all the rules and be courteous of neighbors. If need be management reserves the right to and can evict rowdy/unruly guests on behalf of our owners. However, we have not had to do so yet!
