"What I didn't like about the resort is that my stay was too short! :( Everything else was exactly as expected, and the food was amazing. My only issue was that I couldn't make reservations at any of the restaurants that required them because they were always fully booked. Other than that, the resort has everything you could want in an all-inclusive. The nighttime shows were the best I have ever experienced. I am definitely coming back to this resort soon!"

"Wifi weak in the room. Waited about an hour to be brought to my room. Not because it wasn't ready. There was only 1 maletero available at that moment and apparently he wasn't available. It's not like we were waiting indoors either. The front desk is an open area to outdoors, so imagine waiting and it's 90° +"
