For shared use: natural state property 200 m2, meadow, orchard. Boccia, parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Sandy beach "Omaha Beach" 5 km. Golf course (36 hole) 17 km, riding stable 3 km. Nearby attractions: Plage du débarquement 5 km, Pointe du hoc 4.9 km, Cherbourg 70 km, Bayeux 25 km. Please note: the owner lives on the same property. The owner has a dog. ¨The house is an outbuilding of the castle of Englesqueville La Percée.
