Quiet elevated street with views to country and coast. A 2 story 4 bedroom house setup for relaxation and good times. Great balcony for enjoying the scenic views of Encounter Bay and the country side. Main entertaining area flows into the kitchen with island bench and dining table for convenience.
All with views.
Downstairs 3 bedrooms, bathroom, laundry, sperate toilet and another entertaining area with LCD TV. Outside a large flat entertaining space and BBQ area with 8 seater outdoor table to enjoy the northerly ambience. NBN connected with free WIFI and Netflix available for you to log on, on the main Sony 55 inch LCD TV. Sony Sound bar to connect to with Bluetooth. 2 separate living areas with TV's (no Netflix/internet on downstairs TV) so that kids can play and relax in their own space. Full kitchen with dishwasher and large fridge. Brand new reverse cycle air conditioning to ensure comfort. Main bedroom has its own ensuite with bath. Elevated walkway from street into the top floor. 8 minute walk to the beach and another 2 minutes along the walkway to the Yilki Deli and the restaurants next to it.
The property comes with bed linen.

Overall the property is really lovely and we would book again. Some shelving in kitchen for food would be xtra helpful, but a minor issue compared with what is offered !!
