Enjoyed my time at the hotel. There was a problem with food that I had at the restaurant, but I couldn't address the problem cause they were closed when I checked out. However, the service by the staff was so exceptional, I decided to overlook the food problem.

The room was nice and clean. The bathroom was huge and I especially loved the large jacuzzi tub! Check in and check out were a breeze! Close walking distance to everything! If I’m ever back in New Orleans, I ’d stay here again!

Overall, I and my husband, had a wonderful stay. We give staff thumbs up for cleanliness and neatness. The staff were very friendly and helpful and I would recommend this stay to anyone looking for serenity or balcony fun!!! If you haven't spent the night....you beta!!!

The room was very clean and the staff were very friendly and professional. I loved the body wash gel. The room safe was not working but even though they offered to fix it straight away I said not to bother as I wasn't using it anyway.
