"My BFF and I loved our stay. Wonderful accommodations. Great staff. Definitely do a sunset cruise with Brightwild. Captain Scott and first mate Sophie were great. I swam laps early every morning in the pool. It was wonderful. Bog at the Chicken Walk makes great Cadillac Margaritas and Angel was a wonderful pool manager. We are planning our next trip with the hubbies. "

"Pool open 24 hours which was very convenient and nice. It was also nice using the grill which are gas and no coal needed. Easy beach access. Hotel rooms are nice with a nice balcony view. "

"We had a very nice stay at the Bourbon Orleans. Check in was confusing but overall it was a very nice stay. The bed was very, VERY comfortable for us with nice fluffy pillows. We had an upgraded room due to sold out petite king rooms. The room was spacious, updated and the usual amenities. Now the seating and mirror on the wall could be hugely improved. The seating is too minimal, 2 little stools and a tiny table we're basically useless. The mirror is placed too close to the main door entry area, needs to be moved over about a foot so when you're getting ready your not constantly in each other's way. Now as for the noise level, I thought it would be fairly quite as we were on the end and on the 5th floor. That was not true, you can hear everything happening in the hallway, doors slamming all the way down the hall can be heard. The ding of the elevator doors can be heard. There is a gap at the bottom of the door so one can actually conversations. But after bed time it was usually quiet. We had an interior room looking out onto the pool, that was lovely. No balcony. The staff were very nice and helpful and I would recommend the hotel to friends and we would come back. "
