Old school hotel with friendly staff. Nice pool. Comfortable room with great shower. The property suffered some damage during the hurricane in 2024 They are currently working on repairs on the first floor. However this did not cause any problems with our stay. I would stay here again without hesitation.

PROS: Great location, awesome friendly staff and clean rooms well stocked. Pool had floats available and there were also beach towels in the room. CONS: Elevator broke on our way out so we had to carry our luggage down several flights of stairs. No beach chairs to borrow for the beach.

The unit was very nice - clean, large, with a small kitchenette. Unfortunately while I was there, the elevator was out of service because of the hurricane so you may want to check to find out if you can get a lower level room if climbing to the fourth floor will be a problem for you. Also, while I was there, there were a number of children who were running up and down outside my room before 8 o’clock each day. I like kids, but it definitely interfered with sleeping in. So, if you aren’t an early riser, that might be an issue for you.

The staff was friendly. The room we stayed in was nice and roomy. It was clean and in good condition. We even had a full fridge. A big issue was the extremely hard mattress. It was very uncomfortable!! We also had issues pulling up channels on the TV. Staff came to try to help, but they did not have the proper remote. The best part of our stay was the location, right across from the beach. Oh, and the elevators were still not working from the hurricanes, and we were on the 4th floor which made it very inconvenient.
