Overall, we had a great stay. The only downside was the parking situation we arrived in a Mercedes Sprinter van and the hotel had no accommodations for larger vehicles. Traveling with twins makes logistics already challenging, so having nowhere to park our car added unnecessary stress to our trip. We hope the hotel considers solutions for families with larger vehicles in the future

Our stay at the JW Marriott was absolutely outstanding, and what truly made the experience unforgettable was the incredible beach staff. Olivia, Andi, and Braden delivered what can only be described as best-in-class service every single day of our trip. Olivia was warm, attentive, and incredibly professional. She had an amazing ability to anticipate guest needs before anyone even had to ask and made everyone feel genuinely welcomed and valued. Her energy and hospitality set the tone for an exceptional experience. Andi brought such a positive and upbeat presence to the beach area. No matter how busy things got, she remained calm, accommodating, and focused on making sure every guest was having a great time. She went above and beyond constantly and made the experience feel personal instead of transactional. Braden was equally phenomenal. His work ethic, professionalism, and attention to detail stood out immediately. He was always checking in, making sure setups were perfect, and ensuring guests had everything they needed. He genuinely cared about creating a great experience. Together, Olivia, Andi, and Braden created the kind of hospitality that keeps people coming back year after year. They are a tremendous asset to the JW Marriott brand and deserve major recognition from leadership. Beyond the beach staff, the resort itself was beautiful, clean, relaxing, and extremely well maintained. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and professional.

I like the property nice and clean. The downside was the noise coming from the bar from across the street it was so loud( couldn’t sleep) the hotel offered to move me for another 50.00 extra a night. ( not good customer service) if they are charging over 500.00 a night they should sound proof the rooms that face the street. Not sure if I would stay there again.

This was the first time that a room exceeded my expectations. The 2 bedroom with the huge balcony was amazing and we were very comfortable with 4 adults and 1 child. I travel approximately ten times a year and this was by far my best hotel experience. Thank you! When I come back I am definitely staying here again.

Beautiful and clean property. Would have rated a 5 but had issue with them locking me out of my room simply because a credit card transaction didn't go through the first time and despite my room was completely paid for in advance.
