Bed was comfortable. AC in the room wouldn’t get below 68. TV in our room randomly turned off, if you turn the volume up or down it would also turn off. Elevators were terribly slow. I paid for an intercostal view and could see a tiny piece of water… not worth it, it was not an intercostal view.

Awesome location - steps away from the beach and close to several restaurants. The pool was the PERFECT temperature and extremely refreshing. You could just walk right in without needing any adjustment period. I loved how you could get food/drinks delivered poolside. One small suggestion would be having a flag or something that you could put on your umbrella so that the servers know you need something. The grouper nuggets were super tasty. The room was clean and the bed was comfy.

Lots of issues but decent overall

Room service did not clean the shower the full time we were there (5 days). The AC says it is about 62 but feels closer to 70. The front desk service were not the nicest and the valet was asleep when we were trying to leave early in the morning. The pool looks much larger in photos. Something we really enjoyed was being able to have two chairs and an umbrella at the beach provided by staying in the hotel. They charge almost $40 for just watching the Television, which I’ve never seen before. They say Clearwater beach is the best one to take kids to but seemed to be mostly adults getting very intoxicated and smoking marijuana everywhere we went. Ocean Hai was delicious for both dinner and breakfast. They had some of the best dumplings I’ve ever had and the Tuna was very fresh. I believe they said it was brought in the same day. The service was also phenomenal both times. The bar/restaurant by the pool was not great. We ordered some chips and salsa as a snack and I am 99% sure it was just chunky pace salsa but sold for almost $20. I probably would not stay here with kids again.

Beautiful hotel! We were welcomed with valet service and a drink. All of the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The beds were very comfy and they have an amazing sent coming through the vents. On the flip side....the breakfast buffet ( not included) was fair at best. Nowhere near the caliber i would expect from them. Also, the pool was an awesome vibe but there was nowhere near enough chiars for everyone. They had an entire open space they could have easily fit 50 more. I would have happily spent the day there buying drinks from the bar and food from the spot on the deck (because both were delicious) but there wasn't space for the fam. Overall it was a great long weekend and much needed break. We definitely would stay there agian.

The property was beautiful. If you want a day at the beach, its right across the street, if you want to stay at the pool you can do that too. The wait staff at the pool are always swirling around making sure you have what you need. Onsite dining was great. If you are want to go offsite Frenchies is an amazing option within walking distance. There is a huge souvenier shop down the street, they have groceries and liquor, which is great because drinks get really expensive, really quick. A great getaway to relax and do nothing!

I love this hotel! Getting a free sangria at welcome is a nice touch! Beautiful views and close to shopping. The beach was very clean and there were plenty of provided chairs and umbrellas.
