We had hoped there would have been an easier access to the Smoothie King Center. We stayed there because of my husbands recent hip surgery. We remembered walking out a back entrance in the past. Thus time, we had to walk all around.

The convenience and walking distance to the Smoothie King were excellent. The beds are comfortable. The rooms and bathrooms are smaller than expected but doable. The staff from the car service, bellhops, and check-in staff were phenomenal. We would definitely stay here again.

Love this hotel!

Excellent hotel with great restaurants! Hotel is across the street from the Superdome and Smoothie King Center convenient for concerts and Saints games. We chose this hotel mainly because it was walking distance to the Smoothie King center as we visited New Orleans for a concert. We will always choose the Hyatt Regency for future visits!

We checked in and went to our room all was good. We were in the room maybe 30 minutes and then the alarm was going off to exit the building a fire was detected do not use the elevator so we had to climb 24 flights of stairs get to the bottom and the staff is inside checking in people and it was like nothing happened so we asked what happened and the lady said it was just a faulty alarm no worries.NO WORRIES i just. Limbed 24 flights of stairs for no damn reason! Then the bed was insanely uncomfortable. We told them at check out about the issue with her stay and the guy seem to not even care one bit. Will not stay here again!
