The hotel staff was awesome! The entire staff was so thoughtful and gave me amazing surprises for my Birthday! The hotel was nice, clean. The elevators can be confising, at first. The area was perfect for walking to some nearby restaurants, a grocery store, the casino, etc. They need to improve parking/prices.

Was supposed to have an accessible King. Got a double Queen, which had no handrails whatsoever in bath. Room was stuffy - was a fan blowing carpet when we arrived. No AC in bathroom. Had fire alarm at 12:30 am and had to walk down stairs for 20 floors only to finally be told was a false alarm. Only positive was location and parking.

Beautiful lobby, signage from 3rd floor to 2nd to find Starbucks and escalator to ground floor was difficult to find. Bathroom very small, door opened practically on top of toilet.

This is our go to place to stay while in New Orleans. You can’t beat the scenery, how spacious the rooms are and surrounding locations from restaurants to Ubers to bourbon st of only 5 minutes. Great place
