This place is old and so dirty. Random doors open. I felt like I was staying in a hostel. The pool was not accessible and it was the main reason why I booked. The front desk even gave me a green wristband knowing the pool wasn’t accessible and from what I could see it was dirty and nothing like the pictures. I will never book here again

Great location. Didn't park there so didn't have the hasslea lot of reviewers had. Certainly a bit dated, but everything was clean and in order. BIGGEST PROBLEM was that Travelocity did not include the DESTINATION FEE in its price and so what was supposed to be a good deal relative to other options turned out to be more expensive. The $27 Destination Fee was in the small print if you clicked on policies. This is not the hotel's fault, but it was discouraging that this is how Travelocity treated its customers.

Incredibly long wait to park and retrieve my vehicle from the parking valet. I waited an hour to park and over an hour to get my car back. The only option that you have is valet parking so I find the extreme with time to be unacceptable.

Stayed here for 5 days, our room still wasn’t ready an hour after check in time. The staff were very accommodating and kind and worked as quickly as possible to assist. Cons- The walls are paper thin, we could hear the person next door snoring, as if they were in the room with us. There was also an eerie feeling in the room, we often felt like we were being watched. Pros- great location, clean lobby and room.

We asked for a quiet room and it was. The room could have been cleaner, desk chair broken, bathroom outdated. But location is key, we walked a lot. Also they let you leave the luggage at no charge if you land too early to check in.

The best hotel to stay for French Quarter fun! Perfectly placed and well priced, the rooms are a great size (just wish they had mini-fridge and microwaves!) Our NOLA go-to hotel!

Great location close to everything

Nice location. Easy access to street cars. Older rooms comfortable but needs updating. Property was clean. Can be loud outside at night because our room faced Royal/Canal streets. Bourbon St is even louder. Many homeless near the hotel.
