"The only reason I gave a 4 instead of a 5 star is because the beds were super uncomfortable. All three visitors staying in a double queen suite complained of how hard the mattresses were considering the price of the stay. I will say, the beds were the ONLY issue we encountered. Everything else from the guest service, to the complimentary breakfast, pool clean and clear, and the entire hotel was nice and clean as well! If they’d get softer beds, I’d highly recommend staying here!"
