Entrance: Private entrance to the 1st floor suite through the side door. Enter using the keypad lock.

Sleeping arrangements:

-Queen bed in the bedroom.

-Queen sofa sleeper in the bedroom

-Queen sofa sleeper in the living room

-Additional queen size, full thickness, memory foam floor mattress

Living/Dining/Kitchen: Open concept room with a 70" TV with Netflix, Hulu, Max, and Prime already logged in.

Bathroom: Two shower heads with independent temperature controls. First aid kit under the sink.

Bedroom: The bedroom is a large suite in itself, featuring the fireplace and 75" TV, pool table, foosball table, and basketball arcade game. There is an additional laundry room in here.

Gym: Includes a treadmill, cycle machine, sauna, 50" TV, and all-in-one washer/dryer combo.

Parking: You may park up to two cars in the driveway for free. Please park on the right side as to not block others' cars in. Street parking is free and plentiful, but is prohibited between 3 AM and 7 AM from November 14 to April 1. If you need more private parking, please let me know ahead of time.

I hope you love this home as much as I do! Quick heads-up before you arrive to set expectations:

The deck is not directly attached to your suite. It is easily accessed by walking around to the back and going up the stairs.

This is a 1st Floor suite, NOT a basement, however the house is built into a hill so the far end of the home (where the pool table is) is slightly in the ground. This has no effect on anything, just fyi.

Note that queen sleeper sofa bed mattresses are the same width as typical queen mattresses but are limited to 6ft in length! If you are very tall, I recommend you use the normal bed or the folding queen floor mattress. However, the sofa bed is typically fine unless you are 6ft+ AND sleep with your body in a perfectly straight line. Even then, you could choose to use the bed diagonally and be fine!

Fire: The fireplace inside is electric and for the vibes, not heat (you can set AC/heat temperature with a separate remote). The fire table and patio heater on the deck are gas powered. There is no wood burning on this property.
