Sol Pacifico Cerritos, oceanfront private residences, is located, just 45 minutes north of Cabo San Lucas and one hour south of La Paz, we offer a beautiful Pacific Ocean view on one side and the desert mountains on the other.
No smoking inside the condo. A $250 USD penalty will apply if this rule is violated. Smoking is only permitted on the terrace, and we kindly ask that doors remain closed when doing so.

No parties or events are allowed. This is a peaceful residential community, and we ask all guests to respect the tranquility of the surroundings.

Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM to avoid disturbing our neighbors.
