Short of staff. Needed to have room key rekeyed during a 1 night stay. Staff unable to print a receipt at checkout. Breakfast area is small and crowded.

The staff was very friendly, however the accommodations were not great. The bathroom shower had hair in it, the tile grout with moldy, discolored and in need of replacement, no soap dish. The hallway carpet was filthy and was missing baseboards. Front entry Dover hall drywall was crumbling and falling down. The bed was clean, at least and comfortable, but we were skeptical of the cleanliness of the room. This hotel is in desperate need of repairs.
