We requested a non-smoking room. The attendant said that would be an extra charge. Since it was late in the evening I didn't want to look for another Hotel since we were not familiar with the area.

The hey service with Travelocity that man’s name was Naomi what is horrible would not let me speak to the manager at this point I do not believe I will business in Travelocity anymore. I made reservations online and pick the wrong room I called to change it and he was not assist me said it could not be changed how expensive Was horrible

Staff is rude, chair in room was filthy. This hotel wanted to nickel and dime anyway they can, from dirty towels to missing items like alarm clocks that weren’t in the room to begin with. Don’t stay here

There were supposed to be certain things that came in each room , ours didn’t even have a fridge We got here and got our room to be then moved to another one , same thing no fridge It was just horrible , still haven’t even gotten my deposit for the room back and it’s been over a week
