Our stay here was extremely comfortable, from the welcome champagne, location, amenities, and design of the room. We stain in a Vista room and it was fantastic. The complimentary drinks and snack bar were well stocked- shout out to the tea cakes.

This hotel is in great location, directly across the street from Waverley station, and just down the street from the airport bus stop. The staff are very courteous, the bar had a great atmosphere and view.

The whole experience was outstanding. When checking in, we were given a glass of champagne. The Nor Loft was spectacular, the cocktails were delicious and the views were amazing. Our room was very clean and comfortable. It had everything that you could possibly need, from the Dyson hairdryer, straighteners and the coffee machine to the milk, beer and water in the fridge. Chocolate biscuits and other drinks in the fridge, all complimentary. The bed was very comfortable and we could control the temperature of our room too. It was also very quiet. We were able to store our luggage on the day of check-in and check-out, which was brilliant. The location was brilliant for both the train station (no sound of any trains) and to explore the city. We had a wonderful time. This is in the top three hotels I've ever stayed in, around the world.
