In the house: central heating system. Linen change weekly. Towel change weekly. Parking (limited number of spaces), public parking 70 m. Shop 6 km, grocery 100 m, supermarket 5 km, restaurant, bar 150 m, bakery 300 m, café 150 m, bus stop "Ediger" 300 m, railway station "Cochem" 10 km, outdoor swimming pool 10 km, indoor swimming pool 14 km. Golf course (18 hole) 3 km, tennis 12 km, riding stable 10 km, children's playground 700 m. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Pulvermaar 16 km.
