This property was moldy and agitated my asthma. I woke up coughing nightly, and still have a bit of a cough. I also was bitten by something while staying there- and due to health concerns I left. The manager assured me I wouldn’t be charged for days I wasn’t there- and then days after I left, and had been given a receipt she charged me without notice for the remainder of the time. I called her to ask about it- she called me a liar when I mentioned our face to face conversation, and the conversation with her employee when I first checked in that unused time wouldn’t be charged. Absolutely outrageous. That woman hung up on me several times and was very unprofessional. Never ever will I stay at a days in again.

Ms. Underwood, I would have never called you a liar that is not something I would ever tell a guest. We did get disconnected and I called you back. to continue explaining why you were charged. You stayed with us for several days and it appeared your room was fine. After you said that you were bit by bugs, I told you that I would have to move you to another room because I needed the exterminator to check your room. You declined moving to another room because you said that you had allergies and that you would go to another hotel. The exterminator came the same day and found no bed bugs in your room. I apologize for your stay with us and the miscommunication.

I was very disappointed in the lodging. First off, the staff was very nice, polite, helpful when called. The outside pool was not up and running. The rooms were full of flies, dirty, stained bedding, chairs were broken. I had two rooms and the conditions were in both. The one room the TV was not useable. They were suppose to be together and they were not. There was a room in between and the door did not lock. The paint was coming off walls and ceiling. While taking a shower the paint from ceiling fell on my 9 yr. old grandaughter. She was promised the pool and then it was not running and it was still posted on the web that it was. The electrical panels on outlets were coming off. Overall, it was not a good experience. I think that a little elbow grease and paint could slove some issues. I understand about older buildings, but this was all fixable.

Nice area to air my dogs. The room was not attended to for the entire time. I didn’t like being charged a $50 deposit for damages when I have stayed there several times each year without incident.

The room was ok. The bed was nice and comfy. My only complaint was the bathtub was extremely slippery. There were no injuries but i slipped and fell while taking a shower. It was very unsafe
