This single-story cottage is part of the Pine Tree Condominiums, a community conveniently located just off Route 6 with walking paths winding throughout. It's a wonderful part of the Cape to explore, with the Cape Cod Rail Trail a few blocks away and downtown Orleans two miles south. When it's time to hit the beach, take your pick of Coast Guard Beach on the ocean (four miles) or First Encounter and Rock Harbor Beaches on Cape Cod Bay (three miles).

From the vaulted ceilings to the original wide-plank pine floors, this cottage is full of charm and beachy ambience. After a day spent swimming and surfing, come home to rinse off in the outdoor shower, take a seat in the shade of the umbrella, and unwind with a cold drink and a good book.

The kitchen is well-equipped for all of your meal-prep needs, even offering a lobster pot for special dinners at home. Enjoy a bistro-style dining area with a TV, a window-lined sunroom with another TV, and both cable and streaming capabilities for your evening movies. Additional amenities include complimentary WiFi for your convenience.

This home does not have heat. Air conditioning is provided via window units and ceiling fans.
There is no washer/dryer.
Occupancy is per town permit.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
