Room clean, staff very friendly. Bed comfortable. Breakfast was very good. I was suprised they charged a $5.00 parking fee extra. Not very happy about that charge in Battle Creek, Michigan.

Good place. Nice and clean. Only complaint is the AC isn’t very good. I’ve stayed here twice and in two different rooms and neither rooms AC kept the room cooler than 72.

Very dissatisfied with the lack of caring the management was there, they heard my complaint from day one of staying and nothing was done about it, I asked to speak with management about said issues they brushed it off and kept giving me the run around of trying to get ahold of someone in charge
