Escape to tranquility at this stunning oceanfront Beach House, perfectly situated away from the busy streets of Georgetown. Nestled in the renowned East End, famous for its pristine snorkeling even better its right off our dock, serene beaches, and warm island hospitality, this is your ideal getaway.

Savor a variety of nearby dining experiences, from Italian and Australian Fusion to Mexican, fresh seafood, and authentic island flavors.

Step inside the Beach House on the 2nd floor and be greeted by a breathtaking 3-storey atrium. This level features a spacious living room, a dining area with seating for six, and a large kitchen —perfect for gathering and entertaining.

The home offers three beautifully appointed bedrooms and three full bathrooms, including two master suites. One master suite on the 2nd floor and ensuite bathroom, while the other on the 3rd floor features a second master bedroom, ensuite, and convenient washer and dryer. A second bedroom and an additional bathroom are also located on the 2nd floor. Ascend the wooden spiral staircase to the 4th-floor loft, where a twin bed awaits.

Enjoy breathtaking ocean views from expansive picture windows and three wide terraces, offering the perfect spots to relax and soak in the scenery.

Traveling with a larger group? No problem! Additional bedrooms and bathrooms can be added on the lower beach level, along with separate lock-off units including a two-bedroom apartment and a studio apartment. These units are soundproof and accessible via an interior staircase, ensuring privacy and comfort for all guests.

Ideal for weddings, family reunions, birthdays, and anniversaries, the Beach House can also arrange for a private chef, catering services, and even a minister for your special day. Let us know your group size, and we’ll tailor the perfect package for you.

Just steps from your door, a shared private beach awaits with lounge chairs and a hammock for ultimate relaxation. Palm trees provide natural shade for those who prefer to stay out of the sun. Explore vibrant marine life right off the beach, where remnants of a dock create an underwater haven for snorkeling enthusiasts. Kayaks are available for your adventure, relax in the pool and after a day in the sun, unwind in the hot tub on the deck. Please note that the beach, pool, and hot tub are shared spaces and may be enjoyed by guests staying in the other on‑site rentals during your stay.
