Hair in the sink upon check in pool closed (one of the reasons we chose hotel) absolutely no hot water vin shower luke warm at best. Jacuzzi in room absolutely filthy and hot water barely got hot. Extremely disgusting for the price we paid!

Our remote was broken. The bathroom door didn’t close. The faucet dripped, the toilet wouldn’t flush. We could hear everyone including a dog barking. We won’t stay there again.

“Budget “ room with extremely shabby furnishings and damaged walls was also not cleaned well. I was upgraded to an equivalent “deluxe “ room at no additional cost- normally an extra $6. Deluxe was same size room with shabby furnishings, a very old hair dryer and a bit cleaner.
