"The air conditioner in our room made a horribly loud constant noise. If it wasn’t for that I’d be leaving a great review, because honestly this hotel was surprisingly nice for the price. But since we literally could not sleep, which is sort of the entire point of a hotel room, I won’t be back."

"They charged us $246 telling us that hotels.com didn’t pay them and they had to charge someone. We showed them our receipt where we had already paid. Mud everywhere. Rooms are tiny, and there isn’t a good meal to be found within 45 minutes in any direction."

"I booked a two day stay and only stayed one and switched to another motel. I felt unsafe, someone tried to push the door open during the night. I couldn't sleep. The chair in the room looked like someone died in it; stained with dirt/sweat. The staff told me no one tried to push the door and it was a safe property. They didn't know how to handle that complaint and I had to ask several times to check me out so I would get more charges in case someone did go into the room when I switched. It wasn't just this motel. The others in the area are the same. I drove back to Wichita to get a nice Hilton."
