Ants in the sink and other bugs on the hall walls. No lock on the outer door at the end of the building. Stains on hall carpet. No staff at front desk all morning. Room smelled like urine.

Property is right next to a Walmart and numerous restaurants and other businesses. Lots of extra traffic, including delivery truck/semi. Restaurants make it easy to find something you like close by, so that is convenient.
