I cannot believe you would include this property for ANYONE TO STAY AT. I WOULD LIKE A COMPLETE REFUND! IT WAS UNBELIEVABLE. POOL WAS A WRECK, NOT OPEN, NO F&B outlets of any kind. It was scary and I didn't feel safe, but had no other options. I have pictures!

The outside of the building is unkempt and rundown. The inside of the rooms are nice and clean! We had an issue with the door not locking after returning from an event and due to the safety issue we chose to leave and find a new hotel. When we arrived at the new hotel they knew the exact issue we were having with the door because Multiple people had come to them after having the same issue. Wasn't a good fit for us personally.

Since the last time I stayed here (3years ago) they have completely redone all the rooms. They very clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here if in the area again.

The exterior of the building is very rundown and looks rough, including piles of discarded building materials. I used the restroom in our room and the door mechanism was broken, trapping me in the room. The staff was accommodating and moved us to another room.
