"-Pros: *location right off 277 @ I 20 *Spacious suits and well furnished rooms-although some furniture show the effect of time *pleasant front desk staff and speedy check in -Cons *public areas are not clean, carpet in dire need of replacement *poor breakfast offering limited cereal, and coffee *parking area needs to be re-paved, and rear access is not safe * Overall cleanliness is poor * house keeping is by request only * rooms do mot look outside. All rooms overlook a central interior court "

"First off, the front desk staff lady who checked me in was incredibly rude, disrespectful, and straight up insulting. Then, the floor outside the room was sticky and caused my shoes to become sticky. I had to get new key cards for the room practically every day since they’d stop working."

"This hotel is a lot older and run down than the pictures/review portray. The staff was friendly and the room was not dirty, but it is definitely in need of repairs and remodeling. The door knobs were broken in the bathroom and the AC took some work to get it to come on. There is old dingy carpet which is not my favorite. Their amenities included 1 small shampoo and a tiny hand soap along with styrofoam cups that were not wrapped. However the bed was comfortable and sheets were fresh. Just a disappointment from what we expected as the ratings show a 8/10 star review. We personally will not stay here again. "
