"Air conditioning broken in our room when arrived. Workers came and worked on it as we sat there Said it was a 5 minute fixed turned out to be closer to 4 hours. Finally moved to another room. Had ac problems in that room. But while out exploring Culebra they blew up my phone messaging about the ac and needing to get in the room. I gave them permission and it was still an issue. Then I had already paid resort fees and then tried to charge extra resort fees on top of what we already paid. Save your money and definitely stay at a different hotel because this was not worth $500 a night."
