Hotels with a Gym in Dulles Town Center from $121

"This is an older hotel which has some expected issues but overall is a reasonable value for the area. The free happy hour drinks and snacks were a nice surprise and the included breakfast was very good. Room was dated, but clean. Housekeeping was good. Noise insulation was fair to poor, especially concerning outside noise. My biggest complaint was the parking policy. The hotel uses a local parking garage and "validates" your parking ticket so you can go in and out as much as you like. But they charge you $30/day and a $5.40/day parking tax for this "validated" parking. If you are only in/out once per day, you are much better off just paying at the garage. The hotel needs to clarify this with their guests. When they told me that would "validate" my parking, to me that means you don't have to pay for it. "

"The first room I booked was atrocious. If you could imagine like 10 packs of cigarettes and ass… that’s what it smelled like. I went to the desk to switch rooms so I DON’T get billed for the smoke smell, and got a diff room that had absolutely 0 smell ; so 10/10 tbh for the quick switch. "

"The airport shuttle was a bit late. Another hotel shuttle dropped me at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable in spite of a strong, cold wind creeping through the doorjam crack. The only problem was the smoke being blown in with the cold wind. The staff was great - friendly and helpful."
