This is definitely not a place for seniors or anyone with mobility issues. The steps to the apt. Were very steep. The steps in the facility were dangerous. We thought we were booking a ground floor unit but actually it was a first floor unit. There were no banisters in some places and the one banister by our room was coming unattached from the wall. The mattress was good. The carpet was dirty. The bathroom was very nice.

The room was in need of maintenance. Outlets were pulling out of the wall, the shower had in place to put soap shampoo etc other than the floor and there was no toilet paper holder in the bathroom. Also there were no glasses but they were delivered to the room when I asked.

Being inside the old city meant we were close to everything, so it was easy getting around on foot. The apartment was very spacious and clean and well-equipped. We were close to lots of dining options as well. The steps leading up to the apartment were tiring at the end of a busy day but were a small price to pay for the experience of staying inside the walls.

The property was very hard to find and difficult navigating the stairs carrying your luggage to the room. The room was not the room we had chosen. The TV did not work. People were knocking on our door at midnight trying to find their room.

The service we got was great, they were really quick to reply to any queries we had and helped store luggage on our last day. The location was even better - perfect for exploring old town! Only comment would be cleanliness - the sheets/towels did have some stains on though they were clean but it doesn’t always feel the best! Thank you for our lovely stay.

If you want to get any sleep before 2am this is the last place you want to stay. The club / bar is so loud below the apartment that it is not usable unless you don’t plan to go back until after 2am. The staff was nice and helpful but the just can’t be avoided.

The apartment was in a perfect location, right in the middle of old town, which made it easier to see all the sights. However, the property was down 6 flights of steep steps, which made bringing luggage to the property challenging. In addition, the property was on top of a “bar,” as stated in the description. However, the description also said there were sound proof walls, which was not true. The bar was more like a club and blasted music until 2-3 in the morning every night of our stay. We heard the music and the guests singing along…it was so loud we could sing along too.

Beautiful peoperty but not recommended for busines

I stayed here on a business trip, but the location is more suitable for tourists than for business travelers. Loud music played nearby until 2 a.m., even on weekdays, making it hard to rest. There was no parking on-site. The nearest option was a 10-minute walk away and cost €25 per hour. Accessing the property required climbing many stairs, which was inconvenient with luggage. The shower room had no curtain, so water splashed everywhere. Also, the shower hose wouldn’t stay on the holder, so I had to hold it the entire time.

Old town apartments were so convenient. The space itself was really comfortable and nice. The stairs were not great, but it was a unique experience. You want to make sure the stairs won’t be an issue for you, otherwise it’ll work out great.

bien ubicado con algunas deficiencias

El apartamento está muy bien ubicado, solamente que algunos aspectos del apartamento están descuidados y faltos de mantenimiento, por ejemplo el soporte del papel higiénico está roto y hay que apoyarlo sobre la tina, el sanitario bota mucha agua después de desaguarlo, hay falta de señalización en el control del agua caliente, y es muy fácil por error apagarlo, nosotros nos tuvimos que bañar con agua fría. La ducha No tiene cortina y es muy incómodo bañarse, sin golpearse la cabeza, ni mojar todo el piso del baño. La reserva era para tres adultos y la cama auxiliar es demasiado pequeña, escasamente para un niño de más de 1.50 mts

Great location with amazing view from walk out terrace with hot tub. We stayed in Penthouse apt (Lazarnia 3). The Apartment was clean and bedrooms and bathrooms are great. Only a short walk to old town, but my two cents you want to be here and have the view. The only suggestion if your taking a taxi or ride to apt do not use address given. Tell them to drop you at Biker Cafe. Then it is a quick walk to penthouse apt. The Lazarina 3 address drops you off at the bottom of an extremely long stairwell. So if you have luggage that is not the way you want to go, you want to go in the back driveway by Biker Cafe. THE PENTHOUSE is the place to stay. I cant say enough. Also a Spar Grocery store is right next to the Biker Bar. Another plus for a family of 5.

Beautifully renovated and appointed 2-bedroom apartment. Spectacular view of the old town from the large terrace. Enjoy a glass of wine in your jacuzzi with sunset views. The view comes with a price: What is not evident in the description is that this dwelling is not actually within the walled city but up in the hill. To get there, you have to take about 20 steps up or 90 steps down before you reach the roads leading into the walled city. Bit challenging after dinner and nothing for a wheelchair. However, once you managed the hike down, small Banje Beach is literally 5 minutes away and the southern old city gate about 10 minutes walking. Don’t use taxis, rather the excellent property transportation or Uber, which works well and is less than half the price.
