It was like a prison cell. Straight up horror show. Manager no help at all. I told her about the sex stains, she did not flinch. 80euro refund and out the door.
Nice place to stay, no matter with or without a tight budget.
The front dest staff is helpful.
The dining hall shall used to be a church! Which surprised me.
Sorry for this but you can only enjoy some tv program only after 9 a.m.
Since Dublin city center is not so big. Although the map says it locates remotely, this hostel is actually quite close to the centre. with a bicycle, you can reach the main street, O'connell street, in 5 min.

Liked: Staff & service, amenities
Disliked: Cleanliness
An old style hostel so individual lights or sockets by bunks. Could do with more frequent monitoring of the cleanliness of toilet areas. Reception staff were smashing, friendly and efficient. Good value for walking distance of Central city area.
Dublin International Hostel provided a clean space to sleep. The bathrooms were very clean. There was a TV Room, and a nice lounging area in the front room. There was vending machines to get snacks and drinks whenever you need them. Check in and out was super easy. My only complaint was that breakfast was very minimal. It was cereal, juice, and toast. It's just something to be aware of.
