Instructions:
- For any last-minute booking same day of arrival, guest will be requested to send all the passports for all the guests who will be checking in before 4 pm,
so, we can provide them entry permits.
- Online Payment is required 7 days before arrival to avoid automated cancellation
- Guest will be requested to sign an online registration card upon arrival
- Location and Keylock box code will be sent to the guest same day of check-in once payment is confirmed
- Check-in from 04.00 PM to 10.00 PM
- Check out is at 11.00 AM
- No late check out is permitted
- No early check in is permitted
- Guest will be asked to provide an insurance deposit 300 USD that will be held from his credit card
- Unmarried couples and mixed groups are not allowed
- Proof of relation may be asked to be provided to us (example: Marriage Certificate)
- Visitors are not allowed
Check-out time is 12:00 noon

Check-in time is 3:00 PM

Late check-in after 10:00 PM will incur extra charge of USD 20.

Late check-out will incur extra charge of USD 20 per hour.

Smoking is not allowed in all our properties.

Unmarried couples is not allowed.

Arrival instructions provided to the guest directly by email when full payment has been received.
