The hotel is outdated with bathrooms being in a die state, yellow stained tiles, dirty and old inter tiles sealing finish, rusty shelf’s .. the bathroom is discussing and is not for 5 start RITZ Hotel for sure A 2-3 sta hotel have better bathrooms I can not give more that 1 star although unfortunately this won’t qualify for ever 1 star Shame to the brand !!!

We had a wonderful stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Dubai. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and made us feel truly welcome throughout our stay. Breakfast buffet was amazing with a great variety, and the spa was relaxing and top-quality. Overall, a fantastic experience.. especially thanks to the amazing staff!
