This home, which enjoys a seasonal view of the river in winter, sits just north of Dresden and Richmond, with a year-round organic farm stand, a flower farm, and an ice cream shop mere minutes down the road. You can also take a kayak or ferry to Swan Island from Richmond in the sparkling summertime.

As you enter, you'll be greeted by a lofty and open living space where vaulted ceilings, skylights, and a towering stone hearth accentuate the ambience. There's a modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar for two, and a dining area for six.

You'll have lovely options for how to cap your days of adventure - playing board games, barbecuing outside on the covered porch overlooking the woods, or retreating to the loft to stretch out and stream movies beneath the rafters. There's even a home office - with high-speed WiFi - downstairs in the basement, along with another den for your enjoyment.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
