"We had a wonderful stay! We even did a black light test to check the cleanliness of the room, and we were honestly so impressed -- nearly spotless! One of the cleanest rooms we've stayed in yet. Thank you very much for the care and attention to detail. Also, Ari at the front desk was absolutely wonderful. She is so friendly, kind, and helpful --such a sweetheart! Her warm smile made us feel so welcomed from the moment we arrived. We truly appreciated her excellent customer service. After reading some of the other reviews, I do have to agree about the AC. We also needed to request a fan during our stay. In addition, the bathroom is quite small, and the toilet is tucked into the corner with very limited space to move around comfortably."
