Great location, allergy safe 9th floor.

Pros: See above.
Cons: The room service/restaurant are overpriced. It would be good to have a cheaper breakfast option, like just eggs and toast or potatoes.
Location: Great Poké restaurants, easy public transportation, close to Pike Market, Elliot Bay Books, Central Coop for healthy food.
I chose the Kimpton Vintage because I have severe environmental sensitivities and it has a 9th floor of allergy free rooms. The room was almost entirely fragrance free, so I was able to be there comfortably. The downtown location makes it easy to get around on public transportation or by Uber. The staff is friendly and helpful. They scheduled a town car for me, to take me to the airport.

Great boutique hotel very close to attractons

Pros: It was a great central location. The staff was kind. Loved the gym and in room spa options. I really liked the coffee/tea/water constantly in lobby.
Cons: The bedroom didn't have enough storage. Just one small bedside table that we doubled as a dresser. The room also needed a towel hook.
Location: Perfect location. Close walk to Pike Place and all the big shopping. Close walk to all the good restaurants.
Very nice hotel. It was located perfectly in downtown. A close walk to everything but not on a main busy or loud street. So it felt private yet close to everything. The room was large and clean. We were on the 11th floor and it had great views of the water.

Never again

Pros: Staff.
Location: Not much!
The hotel room was so oddly shaped that it was hard to navigate. The bathroom door, when opened, would hit the person standing at the vanity. The room had no where to set up luggage for an overnight stay, which we had. The restaurant was not only expensive, but also laid out in such a way that you were bumping elbows with those at the next table. Food was good, and staff at hotel were very friendly and helpful, but did not make up for the room layout. I dropped something, and when I went to pick it up, I also had wrappers and other substances from the carpet, which was discouraging. Would never stay here again.

Pros: Everything. I would book again without further thought.
Cons: Morning waitstaff a bit lacking.
Location: Close to City Market, shopping district, theater, art museum. Easy walk to space needle and museums there.
Loved this hotel. An old property updated with the latest amenities, stylish and perfectly located-easy walk to most attractions. Restaurant was wonderful for dinner and just ok for breakfast. Great beds!

Hotel is like a doggy daycare

Apparently Kimpton is proud of their 'most pet friendly' status...that should be more apparent in hotel reviews. I guess this is why they are a mid tier chain

Nice hotel, good location

Pros: location, restaurant, comfort
Location: The location is good, it near the shop center
Pretty comfort hotel with very good location. Just the heater in my room is not working, we move to another one but the heater is still not working. The engineer bring us a radiator and it works. The restaurant on the first floor is pretty good by the way.

Visiting my daughter

Pros: The staff are so kind and accommodating!
We love staying at the Hotel Vintage when we come to Seattle to visit our daughter! They are always courteous and ready to accommodate us in whatever way possible. The location is superb as well. Toby, who is at the Front Desk, remembers us when we return!

Great Location

We spent 2 nights at the Kimpton Vintage Park (Seattle) in September.  The hotel was very nice, not spectacular however we couldn't have asked for a better location and they have a nice restaurant/bar.  I have stayed at Kimpton properties before and noticed that the Seattle property didn't have in room coffee unlike other Kimptons that do supply this service.  Coffee is available in the lobby which is not convenient early morning. Our room was a good size, well appointed, quiet and clean.
