Les Suites Hotel Ottawa
"Very good"

Fairmont Chateau Laurier
"Filed with lots of history and wonderful architecture from the period. Take some time and wander as there are lots of photos and lovely rooms to see. We had a king room (436) and it had everything we needed and the view was spectacular especially at night. Friends stayed at the gold level and commented it was worth the spend. From this location, you can walk everywhere: museums, dining, Byward market and Rideau Center for shopping. If you're looking for an inexpensive breakfast option, Tim Hortons and a full brekkie at A&W is available. If you'd prefer a sit down there's many cafes around. Milestones is just around the corner of that is your style of dining. Walked to the Canadian History museum (on the Quebec side) 25 minutes over the Alexandria bridge. Art Gallery is close by 13 minutes Canadian War Museum is farther and would suggest a taxi or other rideshare. Major's Hill Park is just around the corner of the hotel and offers great views of the Rideau Canal and the Quebec side."
