"Staff were top notch. New upgraded tower is beautifully decorated. Bed was very comfortable. You can't beat the price of this hotel in downtown and its one of my favorite places to stay. "

"This is a classic vegas downtown hotel. We stayed in the historic part of the hotel. It’s very affordable and has all you need. Unfortunately the staff were quite abrupt at the check in and didn’t seem to care so much about our stay. This was surprising as the documentary on the hotel TV about the hotel’s history constantly laments how it’s a family business and customers are put first. Sadly this was not the case. In my opinion it lets the hotel down because it has some good qualities. I hope in the future the front desk team can get some training, and reflect on how they interact with customers. "
