"We visited this property and had to leave unfortunately due to the pool having to much chlorine and my children coughing all night the room was not very clean and the pull out bed they provided us with was stained and nasty couldn’t even use it. "

"It was my first time here in Colorado. I stayed here for 5 days and 4 nights. They never made my bed. I spoke to staff at the front desk on why my bed wasn’t made, my towels weren’t replaced, and my trash was not taken out. Their response, “We make your bed every 3 days. I can make a note regarding your room for them to clean it.” I left my contact info for the manager to give me a call. No call back either. They didn’t clean my room or make my bed until the 4th day. Next day, I went home. Friendly staff but no one is taking responsibility for their actions. I got new towels only because I requested for it. Personally I would not stay here again. "

"Awful hotel. Dirty, small, and the room set up is terrible. Requested to transfer to another hotel, and Expedia staff very unwilling to help until moved up the chain of command."

"Check-in was a breeze we arrived and entered with the code they had assigned in advance. The carriage house looked just like the pictures. It was very clean and supplied with everything you could possible need for your stay. The neighborhood was quiet and family friendly. Walking distance to a park, and a restaurant.The Rocky Mountains were within an hours drive. So much to do. Communication was fast and easy. We enjoyed our visit and if we visit Colorado again we would definitely stay at the carriage house. "
