"The property was gorgeous - the staff so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Cannot stop raving about our trip there!"

"It was a great medium priced hotel with normal good amenities. The shower was much bigger than a lot of European hotels so that was a highlight. The room was pretty large and well decorated. We were on the second floor right up against the street and the noise from lots of people walking around and yelling late into the night, kept us from keeping the windows open while sleeping. Not sure if the air-conditioning was working, but it maintained a slightly warm temperature never cooling off nicely. "

"Fantastic location.....great room....and staff was amazing. Only drawback is that it is not directly on a canal but i will trade the quiet for the bustle of a canal. The afternoon tea was an added plus. Oh, one other minor issue. While breakfast was great, scrambled eggs were too runny for my taste. I will never stay anywhere else in Venice. They make you feel at home."

"This property was in the perfect location! Walkable from train station 5 minutes. Restaurants and transportation so close . The staff was super friendly and spoke english which is always extremely relieving. I would definitely stay again. "
